Rally Health is looking for a Manager of Customer & Demand Marketing to manage B2B marketing campaigns and programs. Your goal is to drive demand for Rally solutions by positioning the company as a thought leader on key industry topics, generating new leads and nurturing lead conversions through the sales pipeline. You are focused on understanding the needs and interests of our key markets, to develop relevant campaign content, offers and thought leadership perspectives. Additionally, you are responsible for managing the B2B marketing database, a foundational element of this work.

If you are located in Minnesota, California, District of Columbia, Illinois, or Washington, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage our B2B newsletter program, including driving the creation of content for monthly issues and driving awareness among internal, external and partner audiences to increase subscribership
  • Manage strategy, content development, execution and reporting for paid and organic demand generation campaigns, including webinars, social, direct marketing, trade publications and email in partnership with channel owners
  • Manage campaign reporting for all B2B initiatives, including weekly reports using systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Eloqua.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, data, sales/account management and other teams to identify high-value stories to highlight on the Rally blog, and create in partnership with the Editorial team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience managing webinars, including promotion, logistics, reporting and follow up
  • Ability to think creatively, to identify interesting thought leadership perspectives and storylines
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, including with sales/account management, customer experience, data and product teams, among others
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, to identify new opportunities for demand generation 
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely for B2B audiences
  • Research skills: ability to identify and source accurate data from internal and external sources
  • 20% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Eloqua
  • Experience within the Employer Benefits, Health Plan, or other related Health Care field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
