Do the best work of your life

We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most. As senior manager, lead generation, you have a substantial impact at Happy Returns. You will lead all inbound, outbound, and marketing operations initiatives to convert awareness and drive demand for our software and reverse logistics solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Drive leads for the Sales team 

– Execute and improve targeted account-based and demand generation strategies for all paid and owned channels, including email, events, field, paid search and social, and web

– Develop, analyze, and improve seamless programs and campaigns to nurture, consideration of the challenges we solve and drive demand for our offering

– Use intent data and work collaboratively with sales to keep segmentation and targeting laser sharp

– Improve foundational metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize programs and audience journeys, communicating relevant insights to the team.

– Manage calendar of marketing activities and internal communication about marketing program plans and historical performance.

– Develop and improve a scalable marketing operations strategy.

Requirements

– Proven success driving demand for enterprise software-as-a-service technology

– Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot and Excel 

– B2B focus is required; B2B2C and B2C experience a plus

– Passion for the problem Happy Returns is solving

– The ability to operate in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment

– An obsession for details and accuracy, while keeping the bigger picture in mind

– An understanding of retail and the challenges returns pose for stakeholders
