We re experiencing rapid growth and searching for a Demand Planning Analyst, who will strengthen the capabilities of the planning/finance department: Update forecast daily with inputs from Sales/Marketing Team with granular inputs of SKU, Store, Velocity and Lifts driven by Sales/Marketing Activities Publish forecast weekly and monthly by account, SKU and variance to prior periods to track accuracy and performance.

Dig into forecast variance by account by SKU by location Analyze distributor depletions and inventory data to get better understanding of velocity to the accounts Working with inventory team to monitor inventory and replenishment of products Transition and support forecast capabilities in ERP Essential Functions: Develops and maintains weekly sales forecast down to item/location Prepare item/product forecasts in conjunction with sales and marketing Utilize Demand Planning exception reports to identify and resolve potential issues (i.e., forecast variability / error) Direct responsibility for the management of a consensus forecast Support monthly demand planning meetings with sales/marketing, production, supply chain, procurement Analysis of product velocity by location Analysis of customer acceptance information and market penetration estimates to develop forecasts for new product introductions, identifying high side and low side risk to these estimates Evaluation of consumer and trade promotion activities to establish meaningful projections of future promotional lifts Contribution to the implementation of processes and systems tools to develop a consumer demand driven demand-planning process Skill Set: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable working with large data sets Strong written, verbal, people, and diplomacy skills Exceptional attention to detail, adherence to timelines and ability to work well in fast-paced environment Qualifications: 1-2 years of related planning / supply chain experience preferred Bachelor s Degree in supply chain, business, or a related field preferred Knowledge and understanding of forecasting, supply chain concepts, inventory management
