Demand Planner will lead Demand and Supply review meetings, provide S&OP information and speak to it, and drive actions to improve key result metrics.

Backorder(br /((br /(PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:(br /((br /(Review statistical forecast generated and provide input on any changes required(br /(Collect information and collaborate with other functions such as Sales, Finance, and Customers to identify events that will impact demand and incorporate that event demand into the forecasts(br /(Generate scenarios considering products, past event data, customer/market analysis, cannibalization, substitution, and other relevant parameters(br /(Collect product lifecycle information and collaborate with other Supply Chain functions, Sales, and Customers.(br /(Utilize alternate methods such as market models, life cycle profiles, and data substitution to generate scenarios testing sensitivity to an array of parameters to arrive and align on the most probable forecast(br /(Generate and update system forecast for new products and end of life exceptions(br /(Measure, track and report forecast accuracy, inventory performance and corrective actions to drive improved outputs and ensure objectives are met(br /(Maintain accuracy of planning data(br /(Enable plan to deliver/improve service & inventory targets by delivering/improving forecast measures(br /(Provide demand input into the S&OP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities(br /(THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:(br /((br /(5+ years of demand and supply experience in a consumer products or related field (preferred).(br /(Experience working with cross-functional teams in the US and oversees(br /(Strong ability to lead a team and successfully execute to achieve project, team, individual & company goals(br /(Strong analytical and problem-solving skills(br /(.Excellent written and verbal communications(br /(Strong Access database programming experience preferred(br /(Accomplishments of forecast accuracy, lean inventory, high service levels, and low excess inventory(br /(End to end supply expertise(br /(Be able to demonstrate & implement process improvement and maintain measurable metrics(br /(PREFERRRED QUALIFICATIONS:(br /((br /(Bilingual – English & Spanish(br /(Experience with D365 ERP & Logility Advanced Planning(br /(Power BI experience(br /(APICS or IBP certification(br /((br /(Interested in hearing more?
