Demand Generation – Marketo

Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for executing short
– and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.

Uses prospect databases, Marketo, and demand generation/marketing automation technology to achieve these objectives.

Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.

Applies deep understanding of marketing automation and related practices in the marketplace in response to managing campaign traffic requests.

Works with Field Marketing to direct qualified leads to sales team for appropriate follow-up and close.

Creates reports and performs analyses from outreach/response tracking vehicles including email, website response/inquiries, social media and direct messaging; may be responsible for tracking marketing contributed revenue.

Analyzes results of campaigns and makes recommendations to refine efforts to better generate demand.

Job Responsibilities Execute lead generation campaigns design, implement and track demand generation campaigns to generate qualified leads through email marketing, events, webinars, and ad campaigns.

Generate leads through a mix of marketing efforts, developed for specific market needs and maturity.

Measure key marketing and sales metrics including responses, marketing qualified leads, sales accepted leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue/won deals.

Advise on team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data and expected future results.

Partner with the geo/field marketing resources in each territory and build plans that reach regional targets.

Execute on or support other marketing communications and marketing activities that align with the strategy.

Collaborate with marketing analytics to develop, implement, and report on measurement criteria.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets against goals.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Drive globally consistent closed loop marketing processes and reporting Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required For The Job Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.

2 years of hands-on experience in demand generation Understanding of sales and marketing funnel models; ability to report on and draw insightful conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data Experience with email marketing tools
– Marketo and Salesforce required Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Experience Needed For The Job FinTech or payments industry experience.
