Content Activation Specialist CTO TeamThe Product & Operations Office of the CTO team is at the heart of innovation at Dell Technologies.

Ground-breaking research and insights deserve to be evangelized both inside Dell Technologies and externally.Working side-by-side with technologists and analysts within OCTO and marketing across the company, the Content Activation Specialist will build, plan and drive the Office of the CTOs Thought Leadership strategy and activation to promote and amplify DT as an industry thought leader.What youll achieveA Content Activation Specialist will create a voice for the Office of the CTO with our employees, partners and customers.

In this role you will partner with internal technology and innovation experts to articulate and promote Dell Technologies technology vision through evangelization of the innovative strategies, research and insights developed within the CTO office.

Working with the marketing thought leadership teams, you will build programs that will continuously advance the perception of Dell Technologies as a thought leader and innovator.You will:Architect and drive an end-to-end thought leadership content and activation strategy for the Office of the CTO which includes planning, execution, activation, and measurementCollaborate and partner with internal strategists and researchers, to build audience relevant content around thought leadership strategiesBuild and maintain strategic cross-functional partnerships with marketing thought leadership teams, ensuring relevant CTO research and strategy work becomes embedded into external programs and internal enablement effortsPlan, drive and program manage content development, editorial calendars and activation activities both internally and externallyEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8+ years in thought leadership, messaging, learning and development, communication, or equivalent experience in a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics in simple, compelling, innovative and differentiated terms to internal and external audiences of all levelsAbility to work collaboratively, negotiate and influence diverse cross-functional contributors at all levels inside and outside of Dell TechnologiesAbility to evaluate key business challenges and complete complex, ambiguous initiatives having cross functional impactBe recognized as an internal and/or external thought leader with extensive technical and business expertiseHeres our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
