Act-On Software, a SaaS company specializing in marketing automation software, has an immediate opening for a Deal Desk and Order Management Specialist.
The primary focus of this position is to support and ensure accuracy within the order and billing processes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, who is looking to continue to learn and grow their career with a sensational company.
What You’ll Be Doing Provide assistance to Sales on setting up quotes correctlyEnsure orders comply with company policies and approval requirementsEnsure orders are entered accurately in Salesforce
