DB Creativity: Event Planner And Coordinator

Looking for an event planner to assist in the office with planning tasks and meetings & a coordinator for events on the weekend.

Event experience is required for this job (at least 3 years): WeddingsBar & Bat MitzvahsCorporate GalasPrivate Home EventsOther requirements: Strong computer skills: Google Suite, PowerPoint, ExcelComfortable on the phone and talking to new peopleFlexible working with a variety of personalitiesStrong written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and track multiple projects at the same timeStrong memory and attention to detailsProfessional at all times, even during times of stress or dealing with difficult people or situationsComfortable working on your feet for long shiftsEfficient with timeCan work independently if needed and can prioritize needsCreative thinker with a strong design aestheticYour typical work week will include: Meetings with clientsWorking with the production and design team to prep for eventsProject managementPrinting, filing, creating simple print work for eventsOther event planning tasks (timeline creation, floorplan creation, vendor communication, etc.)Your schedule during the week is full time, but hours can be flexible.
