We are looking for an Data Security Engineer to support our collaborative RD teams in the development of secure state-of-the-art solutions for environmental monitoring! Our product portfolio includes smart sensors, dataloggers, communication devices and server software to receive, store and process the environmental data. Your responsibility is to ensure that communication between these components is performed in a secure way, that sensitive data are stored securely and that access to these components is protected by proper mechanisms. The focus for this position is on the smart sensors and embedded devices like the dataloggers. Required Skills Experience 5+years experience in software development (preferred C, C++) with specialization on IT security or 5+years experience as IT security engineer BSMS in Computer Science Electronics Mathematics Physics or equivalent Strong interest and knowledge of security technologies and trends Experience with secure Internet protocols (TLS, IPSec) Experience with industry cyber security standards like IEC 62433 Experience with vulnerability scanning tools CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is a plus Must have working experience with secure protocols SSL, SSH, PKI etc. Must have working experience of government standards such as GDPR, NIST etc. Experience with UnixLinux systems is a PLUS The Offer Competitive Salary Up to 150,000year, DOE You will receive the following benefits Medical Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Paid Sick Time Leave Pre-tax Commuter Benefit Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
