Louis, Washington, DC)

Description: Our Global Data Protection, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team is seeking an associate attorney with 3-4 years of cybersecurity and privacy experience.

Law firm or in-house experience advising on cybersecurity program development, cybersecurity incident and data breach response, privacy compliance (CCPA, GDPR, FCRA, GLBA, COPPA, HIPAA, etc.), and/or regulatory compliance counseling preferred.

Experience in all areas not required, but cybersecurity experience and on-going active interest cybersecurity work required.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school (U.S.

JD required); ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload; excellent communication and writing skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

The candidate should also be an active member and in good standing of the their home office bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate bar.

CIPP or other relevant industry certification, such as CISSP, preferred.

The position may be located in any of our US offices (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, St.

Louis, or Washington, DC).
