Job Description: The Cyber Security Technology (CST) function within Global Information Security is responsible for innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, deployment maintenance and support of information technology security controls.
The CST team is also responsible for the management of the program/project management teams.
The primary responsibility of the Data Governance Analyst role, as part of a governance team, is helping to ensure Global Information Security (GIS) teams remain in adherence to Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Global Records Management (GRM) Policy and Standards.
This role requires that the SME role/function stay abreast of upcoming Policy/Standard changes while supporting business as usual adherence.
Maintain governance routines within GIS required by EDM and GRM including execution of assessments and inspections.
Role works closely with cross functional team from Global Technology & Operations Data Management and Enterprise Data Management.
Key Responsibilities Support the adherence to enterprise and local FLU Data Management and Governance policy and standards, including remediation of any gaps identified Serve as Global Records Management, Record Coordinator responsible for Creating and maintaining summary inventory of records from Process Owners Serving as central escalation point for records-related risks and concerns from GIS Process Owners and/or Application Owners Serving as SME for records related requirements to GIS Process Owners and/or Application Owners Providing guidance support to GIS Process Owners and/or Application Owners on identification, alignment and storage of records Representing GIS on GRM Council, provide feedback to GRM on existing and new process, procedures and tools Developing and implementing new GIS processes as needed to adhere to changing Policy, Standards and tools Support and/or participate in governance routines within GIS and GT&O Work directly with Process Owners, and/or delegate and Control Owners, to ensure adherence to Enterprise Data Management Policy Support efforts to capture and manage all forms of business, technical and operational metadata, manage data control requirements and inventory, measure effectiveness of controls, help to resolve DQ gaps/issues, and manage.
