Data Entry Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in the Glendale/ Los Angeles area sourcing for a Data Entry Specialist. This is a full-time, early 1 st shift opportunity that can be temp-to-hire for the right candidate. If you feel qualified, please apply.
Responsibilities for this Data Entry Specialist position include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy while imputing customer account data in to computer systems
  • Keying both text and numerical data values
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Reviewing the data and correcting any inaccuracies
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to source material
  • Qualifications for this Data Entry Specialist position include:

  • Very strong 10-key and alpha numerical data entry skills
  • Previous Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work Sundays
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to follow outlined directions
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Ability to stand for large parts of your shift
