About This Role
We are hiring on our Revenue Operations team to help us grow!
We are expanding our team of high-achievers who are excited about the opportunity to speak with commercial real estate brokers and help position the Crexi platform as the best solution for their business.
You will be joining a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will be able to successfully hone your closing ability and are encouraged to develop and implement new sales strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a basic understanding of our Go-To-Market Strategy, Customer Success Process, and Revenue Streams.
- Analyze Customer Success business KPIs and understand the customer lifecycle process.
- Administer and work with our Salesforce Admin to optimize our CS tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, RingCentral, Gong, and more.
- Provide ongoing support to audit key CS metrics within Salesforce to ensure accuracy in reporting across the business.
- Collaborate and support CS leaders to develop and support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Handle CS targeting and forecasting ongoing practice with CS Leaders.
- Become the natural go-to across the business to understand and support CS metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and make recommendations for process improvements, handle ad-hoc projects, CS training, and other team enablement
- You’ll structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required (major in analytical or technical field preferred)
- 3-5 years of sales/customer operations experience, ideal candidate has prior experience building and leading operations for a team of 20+ people
- Experience in multiple organizational functions such as process implementation, analytics, forecasting, organizational development, etc.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
– modeling, formulas, pivot tables, etc. - Experience with querying/reporting via SQL preferred
- Experience with Salesforce required
- Experience with Tableau required
- Demonstrated collaboration across functions including finance, product, marketing, analytics, etc.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attitude
– willingness to build new deliverables/processes from scratch
