Customer Success Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, self-starter that finds joy in helping others. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator and an avid music maker with extensive hands-on knowledge with audio plugins, virtual instruments, and DAWs.Responsibilities Triage and respond to all inquiries via email and chatCommunicate directly with customers regarding technical issues.Communicate directly with prospective customers regarding product and sales questions.Work alongside QA and Development to ensure any consistent technical issues are resolved.Assist with creating and updating content on Output’s Knowledge BaseRequirements 1+ years of work experience, preferably in technical supportAdvanced knowledge of music production software and studio setupsAdvanced knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systemsAdvanced knowledge of Native Instruments Kontakt a plusStrong communication skills – verbal and writtenEmpathetic to othersHighly organizedWorks well both independently, and in a team environmentAvailable to work weekends from time to timeReady and willing to help wherever necessaryOutput has made a name for itself as one of the fastest growing, creative, and influential music-making software companies in the world.
