This is your chance at being a part of history and future success.The Customer Experience Liaison serves as the key communication point between the Customer Experience Department and the production facilities at Freshly.
He or she will spend most of his or her time at their local Freshly facility, interacting with the production personnel and managing communication and coordination for all duel CX-Production projects.
The Customer Experience Liaison will also serve as the eyes and ears of Customer Experience at the kitchen level, reporting on known production issues and ensuring steady and accurate communication to CX leadership when mass issues impact the proper delivery of meals to customers.Responsibilities:Managing special and replacement deliveries for customers in the local facility, as reported by CX personnelRepresenting CX in local facility discussions about policies, procedures, and practices that impact the customerReporting on mass production and delivery issues and ensuring CX delivery leadership is kept up-to-date on all key developmentsRunning reports and coalescing data about deliveries requiring CX attentionAnswering phone calls, emails, webchats, and/or text messages, based on volume needsAssisting the local production personnel, as needed, on key business tasksAbout You:At least 1+ years experience in customer servicePreferred 1+ years experience in a business operations roleSufficient familiarity with Excel and Google sheets to run basic reports and use basic Excel formulas (like VLOOKUP)A collaborative, cooperative personality that builds productive work relationshipsSchedule flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and/or later hours (up to 1am in all time zones)Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenA proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances with significant speedAbility to pack and lift heavy boxes in excess of 20 poundsNOTE: This position may involve mandatory overtime during sensitive production situations and out of state travel may be required from time to time.
