Job Description Customer Engagement Specialist A new and growing beauty client of Ajilons is looking for the perfect person to bring their brand personality to life right here in Midtown Manhattan.

We are looking for a strong Customer Service Specialist ready to serve as the first person of contact for all incoming customer inquiries.

This experience will give you the opportunity to grow from temporary to permanent alongside a blossoming organization with a fun and interactive environment Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of professionalism with both clients and customers in an effort to create a positive and lasting impression of the company Serve as the customer gatekeeper for the office you will be screening both emails and phone calls and directing them to the right place Research and answer any questions or concerns that customers may have.

It is imperative to this position that you are patient and able to handle tough conversations with ease Report on all outgoing orders for the office this includes following up on tracking changes and order delivery dates Create and implement engaging outlets for customer service feedback Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Experience in ZenDesk highly preferred Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work space while still paying close attention to detail Check all these boxes?
