Customer Care Specialist – Written Communications

Easy Breathe is a growing eCommerce company looking for an eager and self-motivated individual to join our Written Communications team as a Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys typing, helping people, and conversing with customers over online chats, emails, and occasional phone calls.

We are passionate about helping those who suffer from sleep apnea get the products and services they need. With CPAP therapy, customers are able to get a better night’s sleep and entirely transform their lives. To achieve our goal of making the confusing process of obtaining CPAP therapy easy, we aim to provide our customers with an unmatched customer care experience and that starts with you!

This role is located in Los Angeles, California.

About the Role

Customer Care Specialists on our Written Communications team are responsible for a variety of tasks:
Assisting between 100 to 250 customers daily through online chats, emails, and occasional phone calls

Familiarizing yourself with the products and services we offer to fully address concerns and offer solutions to customers

Supporting our internal customer-facing teams through contributing to training materials

Supporting and training team members as you gain more experience

Available to work on the weekend if needed

Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in individuals who embody the following characteristics:
Must have strong computer/typing skills – at least 65 WPM

Excellent written communication skills with near-perfect grammar

Be friendly and positive over written communication

Must be an independent self-starter with outstanding organizational skills

Enthusiastic about being a part of a highly motivated team environment and supporting the business whenever and wherever it is needed

Eager to learn and continuously improve through problem-solving

Deadline and detail-oriented
