We are seeking Call Center Customer Service Reps to join our team!
You bill be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Heavy inbound call
Assisting customers with questions regarding Covid-10 testing
Providing information regarding locations, hours of operation and other inquiries
