Our client, a video game company, is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the team. As a CRM Specialist on the Global Channel Publishing team, you will report to the CRM Lead to develop and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns. You will work closely with the rest of the GCP team to ensure CRM campaigns are cohesive and integrated with the rest of Riot”s channel mix.
You will be responsible to:
- Work with design and development resources to create marketing emails & push notifications
- Deploy campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Conduct regular A/B and multivariate testing to optimize the performance of email channel
- Provide regular reporting on performance of CRM campaigns including campaign ROI and incrementality
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript
- Excellent verbal, social, and written communication skills
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations informed by data
- Strong attention to detail

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
- Experience with Tableau
