You’ll be joining an already successful e-commerce business within the food & beverage space; they’ve grown extensively over the past two years now need to increase the headcount within the analytics function. You’ll be joining an international business with offices across The USA, Europe & Asia.

 

In this role, you’ll be working closely with a successful marketing analytics function as well as supporting key stakeholders in the CRM team. Your position will encompass customer segmentation as well as reporting & optimization.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW – CRM Analyst

·      Collaborate various stakeholders across CRM, marketing, and BI team to analyze segmentation requests and come up with will documented plans for execution.

·      Build audiences with first-party and 3rd-party data through querying the data warehouse.

·      Construct automations from the data warehouse to deliver timely communications to individual users.

·      Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and BI team to analyze automation and trigger requests and come up with will documented plans for execution

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·      Advanced experience with SQL

·      Understanding of CRM.

·      Strong communication skills and able to communicate technical analysis to non-technical executives

·      Ideally some Python experience.

·      2+ years’ experience in a similar role.

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The CRM Analyst role comes with a compensation package of $90k – $100k.
