CRM Administrator

CRM Administrator to help us build our platform with ZohoOne.

Being able to perform other IT duties is a major plus, especially helping answer software questions and troubleshoot issues.

This position will work closely with our Operations Managers, Sales Team, and Executive Team to continue to improve, administer, and maintain our ZOHO CRM.

Responsibilities:

· Improve the current configuration of our database to streamline and automate sales, marketing, operations, and delivery of products and services.

· Configure permissions, roles, and layouts for multiple user types and departments.

· Customize fields, tabs, and pages.

· Examine integrations with third party applications.

· Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications.

· Setting up and managing the core Zoho CRM modules such as Leads, Accounts Contacts, & Potentials.

· Work with users to ensure accurate data collection, data security, analysis, & reporting to inform sales management and day-to-day operational performance.

· Proactively address data management and quality issues and provide transparent and continuous feedback to Operations Managers and Executives.

· On-board and train users in data entry, data security procedures, reporting requirements, and develop and update training materials and resources.

· Develop and improve customized reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity and sales performance.

· Assist in integrating webforms with CRM as needed to collect customer data.

Qualifications:

· Strong background in database administration and development, including two plus (2+) years’ experience administering in a Zoho environment.

ZOHO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

· Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, ideally in Database Management or Database Administration.

· Strong project management skills; able to manage complex projects with many moving pieces, use Zoho capabilities and agile processes for project management, oversee task completion with high attention to detail.

· Data analysis and reporting skills both within and outside of the Zoho platform.

· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, including coordinating with all levels of management and staff.

· You MUST be self-motivated and able to move forward through obstacles.

· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to condense and explain technical information to non-technical users.
