This position is responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues and answering customer inquiries regarding the status of their order. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers. Resolves /customer complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting of issues with purchase orders and coordinating appropriate corrective action. Assesses customer needs and promotes company products and services. Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and best practices. Handles Inbound/Outbound phone calls, emails and texts to customers. At least two years related experience is required.
