Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • ​​​​​​​Ability to learn CRM software and applications
  • Must be able to work independently with moderate to minimal supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and customer information collected
  • Can type at least 40wpm on a mobile device
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and customers
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship or work authorization
  • Must be able to pass a government background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Experience in customer service and/or marketing is preferred
  • Easily adaptable in a fast paced environment

Job Requirements:

  • Resolves any problems, questions, or concerns with professionalism and open communication
  • Gains knowledge of systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign
  • Assists in executing projects in alignment with the overall goals of the company
  • Participates in service, brand, and product knowledge training
  • Utilizes knowledge of products, services, and brands
  • Responsible for inventory tracking
  • Provides swift and attentive service
  • Stays informed of company and client policies, procedures, and promotions
  • All other tasks as needed by the Management team
