Experienced and dependable customer service representative needed to join a local company that manufactures custom camera support equipment for all types of motion pictures and television production. The customer service clerk will work under the direction of the assistant General Manager, in the rental and leasing department.
Customer Service Essential Functions:
- Asserts professional and cordial contact with customers to accomplish the rental and/or leasing a production support equipment.
- Discuss leasing and rental particulars and related shipping choices and fees as needed.
- Provide information regarding billing, payment requirements and alternatives.
- Prepares rental and leasing forms, contracts, and agreements in addition to verifying credit, signatures and required documentation.
- Create and maintain hard copy and electronic files
- Maintain and administer computer records and information on all rental and leasing contracts and agreements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of production support equipment.

Pay: $22
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year clerical, administrative, business or rental experience.
Above average experience using a PC and/or a MAC computers.
Ability to communicate effectively in English both writing and verbally.
