Job Description We are looking to hire 2-3 Customer Service Representatives to aid us in providing excellent service to our clients by assisting them with their benefits and financial service needs. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and answering any and all questions.In this position you will work as a member of a team of professionals responsible for providing benefits and financial products to help clients protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes. Our team members perform a fundamental role in servicing clients, supporting agents and building strong relationships with the community.Responsibilities:Handle new customer inquiries and cross-sell existing clientsProspecting and generating new business through leads & referralsGenerating quotes, processing payments & reporting claimsConducting policy reviews and providing details on updatesProviding excellent client serviceRelationship building with new and existing clientsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product and services offeringsRequirementsMust live in the local areaExcellent Communication/interpersonal skillsConfident, self-starter who works well independentlyPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsMust have ability to multi-taskGood organizational skills
