Cozen O’Connor is seeking a complex commercial litigation attorney to join the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Our commercial litigators handle a wide range of matters in federal and state courts throughout the country, including the defense of life insurers and financial services firms in class action and regulatory litigation, commercial plaintiff lawsuits, securities and M& A litigation, breach of contract and business tort litigation, and securities fraud and shareholder derivative lawsuits.Qualified candidates will have at least three years of law firm commercial litigation experience and will be able to demonstrate proficiency in case management, and brief writing.
Experience taking and defending depositions, is preferred.
