The candidate should have specific experience: Representing public and private companies, investment banks and/or investors with respect to securities offerings, 1934 Exchange Act reporting and compliance, and corporate governance; drafting key legal documents for corporate and securities matters, such as registration statements, registration rights agreements, and stock purchase agreements; drafting documents for private investment transactions (PIPEs, venture capital and growth capital).
The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, strong drafting, analytical and writing skills, and a client-team focused approach.
