Corporate Planning Coordinator

This position is responsible to assist the development, implementation and execution of strategic corporate plan and goal to enhance corporate’s business growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
CORPORATE PLANNING ACTIVITIES:

• Works closely with management to drive and implement Company-wide initiatives and projects
including KPI to enhance productivity.

• Organizes strategic planning activities including division meeting, KPI meeting with Tokyo, etc.

• Communicates with divisions/departments and prepares reports to reflect progress against the defined
plan.

Also creates reports or materials as requested by management.

• Monitors progress of KPI, department targets or other equivalent tasks and provide instruction or
support to the relevant party to achieve key organization outcomes.

• Assists and supports reviewing department’s risk management and budget management.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Data and Information Research Analysis

• Obtains data and/or information from internal and/or external source as necessary to assist various
considerations in company.

Analyzes information and makes recommendations to enhance company’s
performance Project handling

• Implements and administrates cross-company project assigned by the management.

• Provides support to other departments as instructed by management.

This includes obtaining data using internal system, etc.

• Handles inquiries from Headquarter in Tokyo.

• Creates report required by company’s ISMS program.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION NEEDED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Logical thinking
