The ideal corporate paralegal will have 5+ years of experience and will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and revising correspondence and other written materials such as agreements, letters, memos and other legal documents. The corporate paralegal must poses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines as well as adhere to sensitive timelines, deadlines and confidential materials.
