LOW annual billable requirement for Corporate Paralegal with stable, top-tier boutique law firm’s thriving corporate practice!
On day one, paralegal will be working directly with firm’s 4 senior most corporate partners so must be well-versed in corporate entity formation, mergers, financing and general corporate matters.
Qualifications include approximately 5 years of stable corporate experience at a mid to large-sized law firm, a college degree and/or an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate.
