Corporate Paralegal

Job description:  Archer & Greiner, P.C.

is seeking an experienced full-time Corporate Paralegal to work as part of the firm’s active and expanding Business Counseling Group.

Flexibility as to office location is available, including the potential for some remote work.

Skills Candidates should possess: The ability to independently prioritize assignments, issues and workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to constantly changing priorities Strong independent judgment and initiative Strong attention to detail A commitment to meeting deadlines Essential Functions This position includes, without limitation, performance of the following core duties: Preparation and filing of entity name reservation, formation, qualification, merger, and dissolution documents Performance of corporate due diligence, including checklist and schedule preparation, document review and tracking of document delivery and execution Preparation of corporate minutes, resolutions and certifications Completion of UCC lien searches and filings Maintenance of minute books and other corporate records Assistance with transaction closings Intellectual Property (IP) experience is helpful but not mandatory Qualifications Candidates must have: Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate 2 years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably with a mid-size or larger law firm Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, high quality work product A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to interact well with attorneys, staff and clients Interested candidates should send resumes to Felicia Matteo, Firm Recruiter/Human Resources Specialist, Archer & Greiner, P.C., One Centennial Square, Haddonfield, NJ 08033, or e-mail recruitarcherlaw.com.
