This role is responsible for enabling Associates with skills and tools to competently and confidently execute their job by assessing needs, strategically planning, managing, and delivering trainings that support business initiatives in their Market / Metro stores.Responsibilities and Duties:* Partners strategically with Store, Client Development team, and Regional Leadership to identify training needs as aligned to strategic and business objectives* Assesses and prioritizes training needs for assigned Market and / or Store(s) to understand where training efforts will have the highest impact on business results* Researches industry best practices to maintain current and innovative training delivery techniques* Prepares and executes Market and Store plans to lead the delivery of training development workshops* Applies principles of adult learning theory to workshops and training deliveries, flexing approach and style to best match learners’ needs in the moment* Coaches store partners and subject matter experts on effective training methods* Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact for Associates’ training-related questions* Delivers identified functional training provided by the Support Center to enable store Associates to effectively perform their jobs* Provides support for mobile learning and e-Learning in the stores* Evaluates and gathers ground intelligence on training programs and provides input and recommendations to the Corporate Talent Development team* Tracks and reports on training completions* Leverages LMS capabilities, specifically scheduling, registering, and reporting functionsQualifications* 4-6 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred* Experience in instructional design, assessing needs, performance measurement, training delivery, and training evaluation preferred* 4-year degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field preferred* History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives* Ability to autonomously prioritize and execute* Previous experience navigating complex business problems, collaborating with leads across corporate functions, presenting at the executive level, working with corporate business partners, and leading cross-functional large-scale initiatives* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail* “Win together” mentality* Excellent presentational skills* Experience with a Learning Management System and Logistics processes* Proficient with MS Office Product Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint* Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds* Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based
