As a result of our continuous growth, and our acquisition by Taboola, making us the first open-web source for Publishers to access eCommerce, we are adding a Corporate Attorney to our legal team to help support general corporate matters, with an emphasis on commercial and privacy-related projects.
This position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer/EVP, an experienced and well-respected member of the LA tech community.

General Responsibilities: * Structure, draft and negotiate commercial agreements in a broad range of transactional disciplines, including marketing and services agreements, NDAs, license agreements, and supply agreements* Create business legal reports and correspondence, and effectively present information to senior management* Evaluate internal and external information to determine whether Company actions or processes comply with company policies, laws and regulations* Interpret laws, and regulations as they may specifically apply to the Company and its subsidiaries Requirements * A minimum of 5 years of corporate or transactional law experience* High energy, entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitude* Exceptional legal drafting and analytical skills* JD and bar admission and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction in the United States* Experience with intellectual property, privacy and data protection a major plus* A strong work ethic, attention to detail and sense of professional accountability* Strong client orientation with excellent interpersonal skills, especially an ability to effectively collaborate in an inter-disciplinary team Benefits Voted “Best Places to Work,” our culture is driven by self-starters, team players, and visionaries.
