ROLE SUMMARY: The primary role of the Coordinator, Legal and Corporate Affairs is to provide operational support to our U.S.
Legal and Corporate Affairs department reporting to the Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs Operations.
Routine responsibilities will include important tactical work including processing contribution requests, assisting in managing team budgets and legal invoice management and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Process political, charitable and sponsorship requests, including all required internal and external compliance verification and approvals Compose, prepare, and disburse cover letters and checks with, required letters of compliance Manage, track, and execute vendor payments, including but not limited to vendor set-up, purchase order requisitions and final payment Serve as one of the primary contacts for the legal invoice and matter management system Assist with timekeeper management, and review, submit and track legal invoices in the internal legal billing platform Research inquiries into billing issues and problems Update legal vendor information, rates, fee arrangements, etc., and assist in overall management of legal billing cycle Tracking and monitoring budgets, investigating variances, and updating forecasts as needed General office management duties that include purchasing supplies and generally making sure things run smoothly QUALIFICATIONS: Some college preferred Minimum 3 years experience Proficient in MS Excel and SAP, previous experience with eCounsel is a plus Basic accounting exposure and experience Data collection and reporting experience using spreadsheets and charts Ability to work under tight deadlines, set priorities and multitask with excellent organizational skills and follow-up Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and desire to work in team environment Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
