The Faculty Development Coordinator serves as central information resource for University policies and procedures related to the faculty promotion process.
Provides training and guidance to departmental personnel with responsibility for promotions.
Works closely with the Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs, Associate Chair of Faculty Development and Administrator of Faculty Affairs and Development on faculty development efforts.
Maintains confidential faculty personnel files.
Qualifications: Bachelor#s degree in business administration or hospital administration, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
One year experience in program planning and implementation; community organizing experience; and administrative/supervisory experience.
Skills Required: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of quantitative research methodology and data collection strategies.
Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary team.Work That Matters
