Responsibilities Revolution Company is now hiring for a Conversion Production Assistant in Vernon, CA.
This role is responsible for labeling all put-out products and preparing it for the last phase of the production process.
* Assists Conversion Supervisor(s) with gathering all Sku’s, Job Cards, and Production Tickets and makes sure they are complete and filled out accurately.* Provides support to packers and break relievers when assistance is needed.* Assists the Supervisor(s) with monitoring finish products, process controls, and other production systems where problems may exist.* Prints and ensures that all production tickets are ready when machines run any order SKU.* Collects all finished product tickets and verifies that the finished cases match the out-put product on the pallet.* Will take the finished product ticket to PA station, enter the information in the Command center, print the ticket/ label, and attach it/ stick it onto the pallet.* Clean-up around the general machine area.
Includes under the machine and near the tables.* At the end of the shift, remove all waste and dump it in the garbage bins outside.* Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.* Ability to works effectively with all workers constructively and positively.
Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.* 1 year experience minimum
– preferred.* Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Certification.* Necessary math skills
– Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.* Essential reading and writing skills.
