Responsibilities Revolution Company is now hiring for a Conversion Lead in Vernon, CA.
This role operates all functions of the Converting Process, which includes coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and assisting the shift Supervisor to achieve production targets.
* Monitor the quality of all finished products.* Review and sets up all equipment promptly.* Ensures proper direction is given to the Conversion crew.* Ensures that employees understand customer expectations.* Operates a Converting machine and helps supervise the conversion crew.* Reads and understands a job card call out specifications.* Provides training and guidance to Productions Assistants, Packers, and Operators.* Plan, oversee and participate in the conversion operations and activities of the department; assure that the department is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.* Operate a variety of equipment and vehicles; utilize various hand tools as required; arrange for the routine maintenance and repair of conversion equipment as needed.
Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.* 2+ years of increasingly responsible conversion experience involving quality, operating and maintaining of machinery.* Ability to obtain a valid Forklift certification.* Necessary math skills
– Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.* Essential reading and writing skills.
