• Siemens controls and Fanuc robots, some ABB.
• Experience with CNC Machines
– primarily Toyodas and Licons but also OKKK, Haas, and Doosan.
• Four (4) year degree or two (2) year degree and five (5) years of experience or trade school and Ten (10) years of experience.
• AutoCAD experience
• Problem Solving Skills
• Computer experience – Excel, Word, Microsoft project.
What you will do:
• Designing, programming and commissioning control and automation systems.
• Must be able to trouble shoot various automated production equipment.
• Review and modify existing equipment as required to meet safety, quality and production requirements.
• Troubleshoot control system upgrades of existing equipment and integration of new / existing equipment.
• Electrical wiring, relay logic, control and safety circuits using electrical schematics.
• Control panel builds and control machine rebuilds.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with relevant codes and proper documentation.
• Spear head / participate in Process Improvement Activities
• Develop work instructions
• Interface with engineering and maintenance on new automation systems.
