The review process will involve (but may not be limited to) the following:
- identify fully-executed contracts in existing repositories
* rename them using a consistent, identified naming convention;
* capture/flag identified fields; and
* populate a log provided by the CLM vendor.
Duration – Approximately 24 weeks
The ideal candidate will have experience with handling, reviewing, and or managing contracts, and would have legal experience (i.e. experience as an attorney, contracts analyst, or paralegal)
