One of our corporate clients seeks Corporate Legal Assistant to handle contracts for the legal department. The Corporate Legal Assistant will be working with the legal team to focus on contracts. The Corporate Legal Assistant will track contracts, redline contracts, and speak directly with clients regarding contracting needs. The Corporate Legal Assistant will grow into a Contracts’ Manager with time and experience with the legal team.
This position will be onsite and candidates must live locally in Los Angeles.

Job Requirements:
**2+ years of corporate experience (contracts and/or transactional) in a law firm or corporate legal department
**Bachelor’s degree
