Contract CS Rep

Customer Support Represented needed ASAP!

We are looking for a customer support representative that has experience working with customers. This positions is located in City of Industry but can be hybrid or remote. This positions is a 1 month temp assignment, so we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Help deescalate situations
  • Respond to all customer voicemails

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or retail experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Experience handling escalations
