Contract Administrator III

What you will do: Draft financing documents and related contracts, including non-standard or customized documents.

Manage all aspects of finance transactions through closing, including coordination with business partners and vendors, as well as other departments in the company.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.

Other duties as assigned.

What you will need: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.

Ability to analyze financing contracts and related documents for content issues and revise contracts as needed to accommodate special circumstances.

Familiarity with contract drafting/legal terminology Must be detail oriented and analytical Must be able to multi-task, independently manage workflow and solve problems within company guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, both within and outside of the company Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Who we are: At MetaBank, we take tremendous pride in our mission to create financial inclusion for all.
