Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator (Remote Work From Home)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team and help us achieve our goal of hiring the very best talent.

That includes our external workforce
– contingent workers like independent contractors, freelancers, and temporary staff as well as services providers like recruiting agencies.

In this role, you’ll be the first to help us develop our own structured contingent staffing program.

The successful candidate will have the drive and desire to create a best in class program that supports the needs of our business groups, Talent Acquisition and Procurement teams.

They will want to be a part of building something from scratch, while leveraging current best practices.

The Role:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on external workforce management and manages the process of acquiring contingent staff from end to end
  • Partners closely with our Recruiters to understand, track and process contingent staff needs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate external workforce needs across the organization
  • Collaborate with various teams on process and systems integration to improve the onboarding and tracking of this workforce
  • Take a lead position in creating a preferred vendor list that includes strategic staffing partners who are willing and able to perform and deliver the talent we need in a timely manner
  • Continuously assess the performance of the preferred vendor to determine future placement on the list and/or the addition of new vendors.
  • Seeks out new vendors that provide niche skill sets
  • Lead vendor performance reviews/assessments and own program reporting from creation to standardization and automation
  • Create and maintain data trackers as needed in support of external workforce initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contingent workforce experience.
  • Prior experience working directly within a staffing agency is a plus.
  • Proven ability to use data to identify inefficiencies, help implement process improvements, drive performance from both internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to build out processes/programs.
  • Strong prioritization skills, effective time management, follow through, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization.
  • Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborative and excels in a team environment.
  • Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications.

Compensation varies based on experience and skill set.

This position is paid and hourly rate plus monthly performance bonus.

Total compensation between $60,000-$70,000/year.
