Agena is a San Diego based company but this position can be remote.The Content Strategist/Copywriter will partner with our Marketing Team to produce high-quality briefs and deliverables that captures leads, nurtures them, and converts them along the account and lead journey. You will join a talented Commercial team and will work collaboratively with our digital marketing lead, creative designer, and market leads to drive revenue success.Responsibilities·     Write, edit, and produce high-quality marketing content that meets regulatory standards, creates interest and value for laboratory audience, and results in engagement over time·     Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, its value propositions, and its ideal audiences·     Manage multiple projects from concept to production under tight deadlines and changing conditions while also functioning as a collaborative team member.·     Demonstrate strong domain expertise in modern standards for marketing copywriting, its web and print channels, content technology, and user experience·     Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities·     Create and maintain the content information architectureRequired skills and experienceSkills·        You thrive in creative and scientific environments.·        Exceptional grammatical, writing, and editorial skills and English proficiency.·        Fully comfortable and competent in crafting messaging for diverse mediums (eBooks, infographics, whitepapers, banner ads) while writing effectively across different channels (email, web, UX/UI, advertising, social media, and print) to attract leads and build lifelong customers.·        You enjoy shaping a brand voice that builds trust, can’t be ignored, and generates action.·     May supervise a team comprised of non-exempt/hourly employees; is responsible for results the of team.·     Applies comprehensive knowledge of team’s activities.Problem Solving·     Solves escalated problems for the team.·     Sets priorities for team activities. Independence·        Works independently and establishes day-to-day priorities for the team based upon business objectives.Leadership·        Acts as coach and teacher to other team members.·        Integrates team efforts and models team behavior.Experience·        3-4+ years working experience in content marketing strategy and copywriting·        Previous experience as a copywriter·        Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, , Hubspot (or comparable Marketing Communications or CMS Tool), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams·        Ability to deliver high quality marketing documentation and deliverables paying attention to detail, including books, whitepapers, brochures, press releases, landing pages, email journeys, website UX/UI, social media, and paid advertising·        Proficient in English, attentive to industry-leading standards, and equipped with excellent grammatical and editorial skills.·        University Degree
