What your week as a Content Strategist looks like:

Your role is an important one.

As a Strategist on our Content team, you will work with the Head of Content and the rest of the team, with your main responsibility to help drive the content strategy, creative and execution for one of our most exciting and iconic clients, a tech brand looking to make a cultural impact with content in both entertainment and sports.

Your day-to-day role will be to support the content team, helping to manage the client relationship, and bringing creativity to every conversation.

Your role will be as a key player on the team, you’ll work with clients, internal stakeholders, and partners to manage creative and production resources, program measurement and analysis.

But you won’t fly solo, you will be the content strategist on the business and work as part of that team of communications strategists, media planners, video and digital investment specialists, and marketing sciences experts.

The right person for this role has an entrepreneurial spirit and strong strategy, management and creative skills.

Exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of media and brand development as well as an understanding of the entertainment and sports industries, production, and programming strategy for TV, OLV, paid social, and emerging media platforms, are critical to being effective and successful in this role.

You’ll be on the hook for:
Day-to-day interaction with clients and internal teams Helping sell thru and executing programs Supporting the management of programs from inception to activation, including creative development, execution, optimization and measurement Collaborative working relationships with internal strategy and investment teams, and partners Helping to develop integrated plans with the team to support custom media programs, delivering on key success metrics and analysis Working as part of the content team, shaping our fast growing department and helping to lead our content strategy for the agency

Desired Qualifications
Must have MEDIA Agency Experience 2+ years proven track record of developing and managing media + content programs Understanding of the media, entertainment landscape and fast-moving social, digital, and broadcast video trends, including sports Passion for creativity and innovation, balanced with strong quantitative and analytical/results-oriented skills Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal), in addition to highly effective written communication, presentation delivery, and meeting facilitation skills Ability to work under pressure, while delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment
