Job Description As a Content Review SME , you will provide functional support for policy questions, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
He/she will liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner while ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking Dedicated to quality, you will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients.
Day-to-day responsibilitiesmayinclude, but are not limited to: Provide floor support Help the team by resource planning in order to optimize set goals and objectives for each team member and ensure individuals meet their targets Deliver new hire training and refresher training, make recommendations for changes and enhancements to existing training content, and assist in design and creation of relevant training material Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems requests issues are communicated Identify root causes of dissatisfaction and provide recommendation In the context of this role, individuals may be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity.We care for our employees’ safety and well-being and ensure that they have the support and resources needed to execute the responsibilities of their roles.
Location This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in the area of Austin, TX.
This role requires a distinct level of professionalism.

Hours & Shifts The role requires availability to work 5 out of 7 days a week, with two days off per week.Given the nature of our business being 24/7, 365 days a year, incumbents will need to bring a degree of flexibility, and remain open to working different hours, shifts/rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Training Individuals are provided paid training.
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional or military setting Minimum 1 year in operations environment Preferred Skills / Experience Bachelor’s Degree Active Social Media presence Experience with confidential information collection and management Experience with a project that involves customer support, or content moderation for a social media client Knowledge of multi-cultural communications and cultural context in supporting other countries Professional Skills Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures and keeping personal boas aside Must be fluent in English, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian or French As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
