nnWe are looking for an experienced Content Producer for branded content.
The position falls in between project management and creative direction.
Not only will you be helping ideate concepts that fit our brand, but also coordinating with all parties and resources involved to execute it.
Knowledge in livestreams is a must as the main role of the Content Producer is to manage, maintain, and continually grow our weekly livestream shows.
As a fashion brand, we produce livestream shows to engage with our customers in a more personable way while helping them shop for their favorite items.
You can think of it as QVC but for trendy and fashionable young women.
In addition, our brand may have needs for other digital content or major marketing projects that needs producing, scripting, and acquiring resources to execute.
This can include, but not limited to, other branded series for web and social, informational content for our customers, influencer related content for marketing, etc.
nn nn n nn nn Key Responsibilities nn Manage project calendars and each project deadline to ensure accurate execution Source, research, and script stories for engaging content for livestream, social content, web content etc.
Concept and craft scripts, treatments, interview questions, and shot lists for productions Develop stories based on brand’s key marketing initiatives Direct talent during the livestream, on set, or virtually as needed to ensure accurate execution of the shows requirement or brands needs Evaluate concepts for cost-effectiveness and identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and deliverables Assemble teams for livestreams or other content including talent, tech, photo, video, hair and makeup, etc.
Coordinate between internal team members and third party vendors to ensure the show runs smoothly or content is executed correctly Ability to troubleshoot and pivot strategies due to unforeseen issues with talent, run of show or technical difficulties during a live stream or on set Develop and maintain roster of third-party production companies, freelancers and other vendors that can execute livestream, video, photo at a range of budget levels.
Stay abreast of content and technology trends in the entertainment, video production and motion graphic communities, and suggest new ways to implement these nn n nn nn Required Qualifications nn 3-5 years working in a creative/production role within the branded content realm Knowledgeable about livestream production via YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Twitch, or other platforms Excellent project management skills
– you should be able to rapidly execute multiple projects on a tight timeline with great attention to detail Experience in managing a team is a plus.
You will be the main point of contact for all talent, producers, tech teams, and internal members.
Detail-oriented and organized; mastery of call sheets and production tracking Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with upbeat urgency and unexpected changes Working knowledge of production paperwork including COIs, film permits, carnets, gear quotes, and freelancer contracts Strong aesthetic sensibility demonstrated via visual art, graphic design, styling, curation, etc.
