The Role
Jellysmack is seeking a highly motivated and organized Content Operations Coordinator, Creator Program to join our growing team.
This individual must have a passion for social video platforms such as Snap, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
The Content Operations Coordinator, Creator Program will play an integral role in making sure that our published videos are quality controlled, posted on time, and work as a liaison across multiple departments all over the world.
Additionally, this role will work with Jellysmack Creators to ensure content issues are handled promptly.
This position is based in the United States, and will report to the Los Angeles-based Director of Content Operations, Creator Program.
The role will work with the Partnerships, Creator Success, Content Strategist, Community Managers, Editors and Operations team members to help ensure that all content for sensitive and high-profile Jellysmack Creators is Quality Controlled before being published across YouTube and other social platforms.
The Content Operations Coordinator, Creator Program will help play an important role by ensuring all content and copy is reviewed in a timely manner and the publication of content on all platforms goes smoothly.
The Responsibilities
The Content Operations Coordinator, Creator Program will play an integral role in making sure that our published videos are quality controlled, posted on time, and work as a liaison across multiple departments all over the world.
Additionally, this role will work with Jellysmack Creators to ensure any content issues are handled promptly.
Daily management of creator content that needs to be quality controlled
Work with internal Community Management, Talent Partnerships, Customer Success, Operations and Content Strategy teams to ensure Content Publishing and Quality Control standards are met for all high-profile Jellysmack Creators
Community management and post moderation to ensure continuity / creator voice and positivity
Assist in the upkeep of Creator Bibles (Do’s and Don’ts)
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and finding timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
Requirements
A Little About You
You are serious about social videos, ensuring not only that the videos have zero defects but also that the creator’s messaging comes across clearly
You have knowledge of the digital creator space
You are self-motivated individual who works well on own as well as with a team
You have strong attention to detail
Preferably, you have 1-3 years overall experience in a media/technology/entertainment role
You have experience managing social media content
You are able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
You are highly organized, especially digitally, with a keen eye for detail
You have experience with current platform trends, communications and practices
You have excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
You are a team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
