GOAT is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Associate to support our content and brand marketing efforts.
Responsibilities will include working with the Sr.
Content Manager to assist with the production of GOAT’s editorial content, the GOAT Styles Tab and GREATEST digital features.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-learner, knowledgeable of the culture and fashion landscape, deadline-oriented, collaborative and strategic with experience using digital media to create exciting narratives across a variety of channels.
They will be passionate about immersing themselves in all aspects of the content creation process.
In this role you will:
Work with the Content team to build year-round strategic content initiatives.
Help manage and adhere to a strict editorial content calendar for all content slated to be published on all GOAT channels.
Manage, merchandise and update the GOAT Styles Tab that offers inspiration for our users based on category, talent, cultural moment, street style, trend, etc.
Assist in the ideation of editorial and GREATEST features in the realm of fashion, sneaker, culture and art-centric topics that would excite our readers.
Be able to articulate concepts in the form of visual decks shared cross-functionally amongst team members.
Liaise directly with contributors to follow up on asset delivery, management and necessary revisions with regards to interviews, photoshoots, etc.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams for the approval process with each editorial and GREATEST web feature prior to publishing date.
Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Design, Social/EIM, Merchandising and Growth to make sure all marketing efforts are aligned holistically.
Continue to build and manage a global network of photographers, writers, stylists, makeup artists, etc.

Manage and maintain a budget for any confirmed rates for various projects.
When necessary, assist on shoots, draft call sheets, shoot logistics, release forms and obtain artist approvals prior to publish dates.
Contribute to new collaborations, social campaigns, brand activations, event ideas etc.

We are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media publishing, social media, communications or marketing at an agency, in-house or equivalent experience.
Experience working with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Airtable, etc.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willingness to assist with any day-to-day tasks that may arise on the Content team.
