Purpose: Will function as technical guide to a team of peers, considered a subject matter expert.
May lead or participate in special projects by clearly and concisely defining the project scope, assigning duties, measuring progress and implementing change.
Accountabilities: Designs and updates department SharePoint sites.
Provides explanations and answers related to processes, regulations, etc.
Provides information or explanations of Athene products and services.
Documents processes and appropriate information as needed.
Serves as a technical resource for the team and internal customers.
Formulates correspondence with customers through both verbal and written methods.
Handles escalated cases and inquiries and compiles file work in a professional manner.
Leads testing efforts for system enhancements and product launches.
Assists and/or leads special projects and provides input on behalf of department.
Qualifications and Experience: 3 years of related experience.
Experience with life, annuities and/or financial services products.
Experience in life and annuity computer systems preferred.
Experience designing SharePoint sites strongly preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods, while explaining concepts and processes to a diverse customer base.
